Melt margarine and add cocoa. Let cool. Beat
eggs till light, gradually beat in sugar (and vanilla sugar). Blend
in cocoa mixture and cake (matzoh) meal. Blend in nuts, or save them
to sprinkle over the top. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan (or two 8X8
pans). Bake 25-30 minutes at 350. Cut into squares when cool.
