Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar and yolks
until thick and creamy. Add bananas, cake meal and potato flour. Mix
thoroughly. Add nuts and mix by hand. Add stiff egg whites and fold
in well. Pour into ungreased tube pan.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 F and bake
20 minutes more, or until done. Turn over to cool.
