4 Pork Chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Uncooked Rice
1 1/2 cups Water
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 can sliced Mushrooms
Preparation:
Season pork chops with salt & Pepper. Brown pork
chops. Mix rice,
water, mushroom soup & mushrooms. Place in bottom of a baking dish
Place browned pork chops on top of rice. Pour cheese soup over pork
chops. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes
