1 1/3 cups Water
1 (3 ounces) can sliced Mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons Butter
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 1/3 cups Instant Rice
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Preparation:
Combine water, mushrooms, butter and bouillon cubes
in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover
and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve at once.
