Cut unpeeled potatoes in half and cook in water
till done. Drain
and peel. Shred potatoes into bowl. Add sour cream, onions, 1 1/2
cups cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together and place in buttered
casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes till
hot but not overly brown.
