1 German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 jar Caramel Butterscotch 8 ounces Cool Whip 3 crushed Heath Candy Bars
Bake cake per instructions on box. Cool 20 minutes.
Poke holes 2 inches apart with wooden fork. Pour milk in holes and over cake. Pour topping in holes and over cake. Cool completely.
Top with cool whip and crushed heath bar. Refrigerate.
