1 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
1 1/2 lbs. cubed Lean Pork
2 cup chopped Onions
2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 (6 ounces) can tomato paste
12 to 16 hamburger buns
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, except hamburger buns,
in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours or until meat
is very tender. Stir with a fork to break meat pieces up. Serve on
buns with coleslaw.
