6 thick-cut Pork Chops
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup catsup
1 1/2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/8 cup Vinegar
1/2 (9 ounces) can Crushed Pineapple
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
Preparation:
Place unsalted chops in a baking dish or pan.
Make a sauce of the remaining ingredients; pour over the chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
