Ingredients -  
   

8 eggs
1/4 cup Grated Romano Cheese
1/2 pound Ground Veal
2 cups Asparagus (parboiled)
Salt and Pepper
Oil

 
   
Preparation:  
   

Saute veal until browned, in oil.

Add asparagus.

Let cook for a few minutes.

Beat your eggs.

Add cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour over browned ingredients.

Let cook until bottom is brown.

With two spatulas, turn over.

Let cook a few more minutes.

Remove from pan and cut as you would pie.
