1-1/2 cup chopped Celery
2 medium chopped Onions
1-1/2 sticks Butter
2 small cans Mushrooms
2 small Bell Peppers, chopped
2 sm. cans Water Chestnuts
2 pounds Lean Pork Sausage (spicy)
2 cup Uncooked Rice
1 can Chicken Broth
Preparation:
Sauté chopped vegetables. Cook rice. Mix
ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish 30-45 minutes.
