4 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 crushed Garlic clove
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
8 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
2 medium diced Tomatoes
1 large peeled and chopped Papaya
1 cup halved Black Olives
Preparation:
Whisk together the lime juice, cumin, garlic,
salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil until smooth
and blended. Toss the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the
dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
