1 Mango, peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 cup Pineapple Chunks
1/3 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons diced Red Onion
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor container
and pulse for 20 seconds or until fruits are minced but not puréed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
