1/2 cup diced Papaya
1/2 cup diced Fresh Pineapple
1/2 cup diced Red Onion
1/2 cup canned Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
