5 cups Corn Bread Crumbs
1 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Pecans, chopped
1 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
5/8 cup Chicken Broth
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stuff
into poultry or transfer to a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350°
F oven for 20 minutes if not used as a stuffing. Use as stuffing for
12-15 pound turkey. Recipe can be cut down to stuff a chicken.
