1 (16-ounce) package Frozen Baby Vegetable Blend 3 tablespoons Butter 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Salt Pepper
Cook vegetables in 2-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain. Add butter, horseradish and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
