Grilled Salmon

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   

1 pound fresh Salmon
1 minced Garlic clove
1/4 cup of Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup of Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
1/4 cup of Green Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

 
   
Preparation:  
   

Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Rub mixture onto both sides of the salmon.

Grill over a medium flame for about five minutes on each side.
