Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

 
 
 
Ingredients -
 

8 ounces Quality Chocolate or White Chocolate
12 - 14 large Strawberries

 
Preparation:
 

Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered. Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool, or alternatively, place one berry each in paper candy cups. Let set until chocolate hardens. You can hasten the process by placing the dipped berries in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

 
 

Banana Cinnamon French Toast

 
 
 
Ingredients -
 

1 large Ripe Banana
2 large Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Bread slices
1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/2 cup Maple Syrup, warmed

 
Preparation:
 

Blend first 4 ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to a 9x13" pan. Place bread in milk mixture and soak until all liquid is absorbed, turning bread occasionally, about 20 minutes. Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add bread and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

 
 

Crab Cakes

 
 
 
Ingredients -
 

1 pound Crab Meat
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of finely chopped Green Pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped Onion
1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of Dry Mustard
dash of Worcestershire Sauce

 
Preparation:
 

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Make into patties and fry in butter.
