Fusilli With Spicy Turkey

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   

1 medium Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
4 cups cooked Turkey
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Salt, to taste
1 pound Fusilli
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese

 
   
Preparation:  
   

In a medium skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the red pepper, turkey, and wine. Stir in the fennel seeds, cumin, hot pepper sauce, pepper and salt, and stir for 20 minutes until well blended.

Cook the pasta.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the turkey mixture and toss. Add the Swiss cheese and serve.
