Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and parsley
together in flat pan. Marinate shrimp in oil mixture.
Prepare grill.
Cut excess fat off ends of bacon slices. Wrap a slice of bacon around
each shrimp and fasten with a wooden pick.
Grill shrimp on medium heat for 5 minutes, turning and basting once.
Shrimp are done when opaque throughout. Do not over cook. Discard
bacon, if desired.
