2 1/2 cups Rice, washed
1 Onion, peeled, chopped fine
5 cups Water
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Raisins, washed
Seasonings, to taste
Preparation:
Put butter in a stew pan. When foaming, add rice
and onion. Mix with a fork and season. Add water and raisins. Bring
to a boil. Cover. Let cook slowly for about 20 to 23 minutes. Then
serve.
