3 large Idaho Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 small Onions, sliced
2 tablespoons Margarine
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a deep 3-quart microwave-safe
casserole dish. Cover with microwaveable plastic wrap and microwave
at HIGH 9 to 11 minutes, or until potatoes and onions are tender,
stirring every 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
