1 2- 4 pound Boneless Pork Loin Roast
1 to 2 teaspoons Garlic Pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons Rosemary
Preparation:
Coat roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper
and rosemary. Roast in shallow pan at 350° for 45 minutes to 1
1/2 hours until meat reaches a temp of 155- 160°. Let stand before
carving.
