In a pan warm the butter and the cream. Combine
them well and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Approximately
for 20 minutes.
When it's ready add the nutmeg and the pepper and set the pan aside.
Meanwhile cook the pasta as directed.
When ready drain the pasta, add it to the cream and mix in the parmesan.
If it gets too dry just add a little bit of milk.
Serve immediately.
