Pan Broiled Lamb Chops

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   

2 large Lamb Chops, about 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

 
   
Preparation:  
   

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chops. Cook the chops about 7 minutes on each side, turning the chops only once. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper just before removing. Stir in the pan juices, scraping pan. Pour the juice over the chops and serve hot. Serves 2
