Preheat oven to 350º
Cream together to the cream cheese, butter and sugar until light
and fluffy.
Beat in eggs; one at a time, mixing well after each addition; beat
in vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir flour mixxture into the batter, alternating with the milk.
Pour half of the batter into a well greased baking pan, spread the
apricot preserves over batter and top with remaining batter.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
