1 1/2 pounds Tuna Steaks, 1-inch thick 1 tablespoon Dijon-Style Mustard 2 teaspoons Honey 1/2 teaspoon Cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground Thyme 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Place tuna in a microwave-safe dish. Mix together next 4 ingredients and drizzle evenly over tuna. Cook in a microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley; allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
