Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   

6 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 1/2 cup mashed Bananas
1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

 
   
Preparation:  
   

In a bowl cream together butter and sugars, Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. In another bowl sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, till moist. Add macadamia nuts and coconut. Fold together. Pour batter into a greased large loaf pan. Place into a preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour. Cool for 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
