1 pound Green Beans, cut in 1" pieces
3 slices Bacon, diced
1 large Onion, chopped
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can Chicken Broth
Preparation:
Place beans in a shallow 2-quart casserole; set
aside. Cook bacon until crisp, and remove from skillet. Saute onion
and mushrooms in drippings until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients
except bacon; pour over beans. Cover and bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes
or until beans are tender. Sprinkle with bacon.
