1/2 pound Bacon, diced
1 cup Onions, chopped
3 cup diced Potatoes
4 cup Clamato Juice
4 (6 1/2 ounces) can Clams
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
Preparation:
Saute bacon (light), add onions, saute until transparent.
Add juice, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are barely
tender. Add clams and thyme, cook until potatoes are tender.
