1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
2 teaspoons Dried Tarragon or Sage
2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl beat the butter with a wooden spoon
until smooth, then gradually beat in all the remaining ingredients.
Form the mixture into a rough log. Wrap and chill until firm.
