4 hard-cooked Eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon Prepared Yellow Mustard
1 tablespoon chopped Green Olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion (optional)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Preparation:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Gradually
add the mayonnaise until salad has the amount of moisture for your
taste. Taste for flavor. Serve as is or in sandwiches.
