2 small cans Tuna (water pack) drained well
1/2 to 3/4 cup cubed Cheddar Cheese
3 tablespoons chopped Onion or Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
6 Hamburger Buns
Preparation:
Toss Tuna, cheese, onion powder, and salt. Blend
mayo and lemon juice add to tuna mixture. Spilt butter, and amply
fill buns. Wrap individually in aluminum foil and bake on cookie sheet
20 minutes at 350°F
