1 Mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch

1 Peach, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and cut into wedges
3 tablespoons finely chopped Red Onion
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Mint Leaves
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Cilantro
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine mango, peach, kiwi fruit,
onion, lime juice, salt, red pepper, sugar, mint leaves, and cilantro;
adjust flavors to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or
overnight.
