1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 to 3 Jalapeno Peppers - fresh or canned, minced
juice of half a Fresh Lemon
1 or 2 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and
allow to stand for an hour to blend the flavors.
