Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from
mushrooms and chop them fine. Remove casing from sausage and saute
with the garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil until lightly brown {break
up sausage). Add another tablespoon of oil, the cheese, and the parsley.
Fill mushrooms with mixture, rounding at the tops. Fill shallow baking
pan with remaining oil and 1/4 cup water. Place mushrooms in pan and
bake for 20 minutes.
