Pizzelle

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   

6 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Oil
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Lemon Extract or 1/4 teaspoon Anise Oil, or 1 teaspoon Vanilla

 
   
Preparation:  
   

Beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until the sugar is dissolved. Beat oil in a little at a time. Continue beating until batter is smooth. Add the flour a little at a time and make sure the flour is mixed in well. Spoon onto a greased and pre heated pizzelle iron. Bake until lightly browned.
