2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 handfuls roughly torn Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 fresh Roma Tomatoes - cut into 1/2-inch rounds
1/2 clove Garlic - minced (crushed)
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, julienne
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt · 1/4 small red onion - thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic,
salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place the salad ingredients in a
large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine
just before serving.
