3 pounds Chicken
2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
2 cups Water
2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Uncooked Rice
3/4 cup Smoked Ham, cubed
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper
1 package Green Beans
2 Onions, chopped
Preparation:
Heat chicken, tomatoes, water, salt & pepper,
to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes in dutch oven.
Add other ingredients, return to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer
30 more minutes.
