| Pressure cook lentil . Mash it properly & keep
aside.
Cut tomato & onion into pieces & blend it in the mixer till
crushed properly.
Put oil in a pan & heat. Put asafoetida, cumin and mustard seeds.
Allow it to splutter.
Let oil and spices cool down for a while. Now put red chili powder,
turmeric powder.
Add the blended paste to it & stir.
Cover the pan with lid & cook on medium for 5 minutes.
Add lentil & water & lemon juice, Stir and bring it to boil.
Garnish with coriander & serve hot.
