Chicken Tikka |

| Ingredients - |

1 pound Chicken Breast, diced
1 teaspoon Salt
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 teaspoon Red Food Coloring
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger Root, minced
2 teaspoons Coriander
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
2/3 cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder |

| Preparation: |

Marinate chicken in salt & lemon juice for 30
minutes. Place remaining ingredients in belnder & mix until smooth.
Coat chicken, marinate in this marinade overnight. Put on skewers, place
in roasting pan, brush with some of remaining marinade. Cook 8 minutes
at 450*. Rotate, coat with marinade, cook another 8 minutes. |
