Chicken Moghlai With Cilantro Relish |

| Ingredients - |

4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Chicken Breast Halves
1 teaspoon Cardamom
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 large Onions, chopped
1 inch Ginger Root, chopped
4 cloves Garlic
2 teaspoons Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1 1/4 cups Chicken Broth or water
1/3 cup Yogurt
Cilantro Relish |

| Preparation: |

Brown chicken on all sides, add cardamom, cinnamon,
bay leaf, and cloves. Saute 30 seconds. Add onions, saute until soft.
add ginger, garlic, cumin & cayenne, saute 3 minutes. Add broth
cover & simmer 30 minutes. Just before serving, stir in yogurt.
Serve with cilantro relish. |
