1 cup Whole Wheat
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/3 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Allspice
1/2 medium White Onion, chopped
9 medium Tomatoes, chopped
5 cups Parsley, chopped
1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Preparation:
Combine 1 cup boiling water to wheat in small
bowl and cover. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice to the wheat
and set for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
