Greek Salad |

| Ingredients - |

1-1/3 cups Spinach Leaves, washed and torn into pieces,
tough stems discarded
1/2 pound packaged Lettuce
1-1/4 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
3/4 Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
3 ounces Pitted Black Olives, thinly sliced
3 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Greek Salad dressing
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Croutons |

| Preparation: |

Combine first 7 ingredients in a salad bowl and toss.
Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Season with salt and pepper
to taste and toss. Serve with croutons. |
