| In a large bowl, combine vegetable granules to the
couscous and mix well. Bring 2 ½ cups of water to boil; add the
water to the couscous, stir and cover for 15 minutes. Fluff with fork
and add peppers, green onions, and cilantro.
Prepare dressing by combining the olive oil, water, Greek vinegar,
and thyme and pour over salad. Mix well. Chill for 2 hours and serve.
