2 bunches Red Radishes
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Chives, chopped
Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Sour Cream, optional
Preparation:
Wash radishes and slice or grate them. Sprinkle
with salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix oil, vinegar, chives and
seasoning to form a marinade, pour over radishes and let stand. If
desired, add sour cream immediately before serving.
