Dried Bean Salad |

1/2 pound Dried White Beans
3 tablespoons Vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 cup beef stock
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1-2 strips Bacon

| Preparation: |

| |
|
Wash beans and let soak in water overnight. Next
day, cook until tender, about 2 to 3 hours. From the remaining ingredients,
except bacon, prepare a marinade. Pour this over the beans and let soak
in well. Chop bacon and fry to a light brown. Just before serving, pour
bacon grease and chopped bacon over beans.
