Steamed Chicken and Lemon |

| Ingredients - |

1 3-pound Chicken, cut cup
2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Dry Sherry
1 teaspoon grated Fresh Ginger
1/2 tablespoon mashed Dow See
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 Lemon, sliced |

| Preparation: |

|
Mix together all the ingredients
except the lemon. Place in a bowl or Hunan steamer.
Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
Steam for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until
the chicken is very tender.
