Honey Garlic Ribs |

3 to 4 pounds Country-Style Pork Spareribs
2/3 cup Teriyaki marinade
2 tablespoons Honey
3/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 cloves Garlic, pressed |

| Preparation: |

Microwave Directions: Arrange ribs, in single layer,
in 13x9 inch microwave-safe baking dish. Cover dish with waxed paper.
Microwave at high 15 minutes. Turn ribs over; rearrange in dish. Pour
off drippings. Combine teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger and garlic; pour
over ribs and brush with sauce. Cover and microwave at high 15 minutes.
Turn ribs over and brush with sauce. Microwave, uncovered, at high 5
minutes longer, or until ribs are tender.
Serve with stir fried vegetables. |
