Panang Curry Pork

 
   
   
   
Ingredients -  
   
1 pound Pork Fillets
13 ounces Coconut Milk
2 teaspoon Panang Curry Paste
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
 
   
Preparation:  
   
In a pot heat half of the coconut milk and the curry paste.

Add meat, rest of the coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice.

Bring to boil and simmer for ten minutes.

Serve with rice or salad.
